Since its inception in 2008, DDP has provided a safe environment where teen girls could learn strategies to become confident leaders and contributing members of society. DDP has delivered high-quality programming to more than 1,000 young women in Metro Atlanta since its founding.
We are aware that DDP Girls hold the organization in high esteem, having been well-coached, well-tutored, and having received life-changing experiences that made indelible marks on their hearts. Unfortunately, due to changes in corporate and governmental funding strategies, which may be attributed to national-level reductions in DEI commitments, DDP has been unable to secure the funds necessary to continue providing the high-quality programming for which it is known. Rather than offer programs that did not meet our standards, the DDP Board of Directors has made the difficult decision to close DDP operations.
To ensure that DDP girls continue to receive the programming, counseling, and experiences necessary for their growth and development, we are referring them to Elite Women of Excellence (EWOE), a similarly situated organization operating in Cobb County. The Mission of EWOE is to unleash the full potential of teenage girls to make wise decisions as they stand on principles, passion, and purpose. We invite you to visit the EWOE website to learn more about the organization.

We thank all our students, parents, volunteers, and donors for your support and commitment to DDP's mission.
